HERE ARE THE STEPS:
1) To register a business, you must pay the registration fee. There is a fee for Tribal Members and a different fee for Non-Members of the tribe. The fee can be paid by credit card, debit card, PayPal or American Express.
2) After payment fill out our business application form (Below)
3) Choose a Business structure that best suites your needs:
A) Unincorporated Association - Sole Proprietorship
B) Tribal LLC
C) Trust
D) Holding Company (501a)
E) Partnership
F) Religious or Cultural Institutes (501c3)
G) Apostolic communal organizations (501d)
H) Standard LLC
BENEFITS OT THE NEW TRIBAL BUSINESS
1) Lien Free Accounts- your account cannot be garnished or liened by any agencies, local federal or state
2) Tax Exemption on your labor- these entrepreneurial institutions are registered under our tribal umbrella and receive tax exempt EINS verifiable via their Department of Treasury IRS business master file forms (provided at registration)
3) Sales Tax - registrants can apply for sales tax exemption at all stores and use their business master file as evidence or purchase our employee tax exempt card for tax exempt for life program
4) Property Tax Exemption - for 501 d entities with determination letters
5) The need for state business registration does not apply to all business structures, EXCEPT Standard LLC's
6) Self-Insurance via bonding process for tribal business insurance (Coming Soon)
