The public website begins with a limited intake request. It does not ask for a full identity-document packet or make a final nationality or status determination. The matter must be routed, reviewed, and supported through the applicable organizational process.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, complete government-identification numbers, unredacted identity images, signatures, bank information, or other highly sensitive records through the public intake.
