WEBSITE TERMS
Use of the SAR Law website and client experience.
Operator: SAR Law Group — Self Administered Reparations Law Group. Physical operating location: Tallahassee, Florida. SAR Law identifies an internal affiliation and operating framework with the Aboriginal Republic of North America. That internal framework does not displace mandatory law, court authority, agency rules, contractual obligations or other external requirements that lawfully apply to a particular matter.
These website terms supplement any signed matter-specific agreement. If a signed agreement contains more specific terms for an accepted matter, those specific terms control to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Website information is not an outcome guarantee
Service descriptions explain intended workflows and scope. They do not guarantee court, agency, tax, credit, registration, banking, filing, recognition or other third-party outcomes.
Submitting information does not by itself create an engagement
Starting or submitting a matter does not by itself establish legal representation, professional approval, a filing obligation, a guaranteed response time, or a duty to act unless the applicable engagement terms and scope establish otherwise.
Deadlines remain the user’s responsibility unless expressly accepted
A website submission, support message or intake does not automatically extend or satisfy a court, agency, statutory, contractual or other deadline.
Do not misuse the site for sensitive data
Do not place highly sensitive identity, banking, signature, fraud or financial records into ordinary public fields unless the specific workflow requests them through an approved secure method.
External authority controls external processes
Courts, agencies, registries, financial institutions and other third parties may impose their own current rules, forms, fees, eligibility requirements and decision standards.
